Question 1. Select a global chef, or leader (past or present) in food active in humanitarian, social, cultural, or sustainability activities. Please consider chefs working from your home countries as well.
Question 2. Explore the work they do in their chosen activity and do an overview of their philosophy that drives them in that work.
Question 3. Begin to outline a "chef's philosophy" of your own. Lay some ground work by asking a few questions.
a. What issues in the culinary world inspire you to become active? Narrow it down to one issue.
b. How can you see yourself becoming active in that issue?
c. Are there any pathways open for you to become an active participant? If not, what do you think can be done that would lead to develop more activity from chefs, like yourself, in the future.
