You will be learning about the markup language known as HTML. Through the use of simple tags, designers and developers have created the amazingly diverse network of hyperlinked documents known as the World Wide Web.

For your first Individual Project, you will explore the tags and structure of the HTML. Using a text editor such as Notepad or Text-edit (not Dreamweaver), you will create basic HTML document.

Working With Code

The document should be named "index.html" and contain the following elements (tags):

<ul></ul> (don't forget the <li>)
<ol></ol> (don't forget the <li>)

<footer></footer>
You will need to submit the "index.html" file along with the image inside a zipped folder in the submitted assignments section. Please be sure to consult the example file in the instructor files section as a reference.
