This exercise will allow you to explore the positive experiences you have had as a customer and gain insights into the values and practices that contribute to exceptional customer service. In this section, you will be asked to describe your fondest memory and explain why it was meaningful to you - it could be a vacation with your family, a meal with friends, childhood visits to a theme park for example.

1. a brief description (around 100 words) of your fondest memory as a customer in the hospitality business.
