Question: Businesses use KPI's to measure the success in change management efforts. Three important KPI's are employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth rate. An employee engagement score will measure how committed and satisfied employees are with their work. Businesses are able to use this data to find ways to improve morale and motivate higher productivity. Customer satisfaction score reflects how happy customers are with the products or service that are provided to them. This data is valuable because it shows the business where they can improve in the eyes of the customer as well as how to get more loyal customers. Revenue growth rate tracks the increase or decrease in a companies income over time. When revenue trends are understood a business can adjust strategies, innovate products, and explore new markets to sustain or improve growth. All three of these KPI's provide valuable insights that help the business make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
