The hospital's leadership recognizes the need to invest in advanced medical technology to improve patient care and outcomes. After careful consideration and evaluation, they have identified the MRIdian system as a valuable addition to their diagnostic and treatment capabilities. However, acquiring the MRIdian system requires significant financial investment a nd obtaining stakeholder support is crucial for a successful purchase. Your goal is help secure stakeholder buy-in for the purchase. In order to do this, you will also put yourself in the shoes of the following stakeholders - providers, patients, patient advocacy groups, board members, and administrators. It is important as an administrator, you have some insight into how these groups might react to decisions we make. It allows you to prepare arguments to support our position. You are to prepare a report, for senior leadership, that summarizes the views of the stakeholders.

- What are the actual costs of such a program and how might this sway each stakeholders' decision?
- What staff or equipment would be need? Would this be important to the stakeholder's decision-making?
