You are interested in studying how daily life events affect life satisfaction. In the past, researchers used diaries to measure it.
Prompt 2
A researcher is interested in measuring how cognitive load influences people's tendency to cheat. To date, some cheating measures included vignettes (e.g., hypothetical situations asking people to describe whether they would cut corners) or simple games such as rolling privately a die. Participants were next asked to report the number they rolled to the experimenter. They would get paid based on what they reported and not on the actual outcome of the roll.
