The CEO of the consultancy firm you are currently working for is very impressed with the work yo Assignment 1 and has requested that you continue to work for the firm on this new project.

You have been asked to write a formal report and make a presentation for the company at Symposium in Muscat. You are going to be a key speaker at this event that focusses the 'The Mind-st Entrepreneur' - what it takes to be an Entrepreneur.

The CEO requires that the report should specifically cover the following:

- Analyse the characteristic traits, skills and motivational drivers of successful entrepreneurs (base Assignment 1 companies you already researched: one local entrepreneur, and 1 global or social entrer supported by specific examples AND

- Critically evaluate how background and experience influences entrepreneurs, both positively and nel by comparing examples.
