- Do you feel that we should allow government to constantly do surveillance on individuals with an explanation of national security and safety? Why or why not?

-Generally, government needs a warrant which means that an independent person (Judge) must review their reasons and evidence to allow search and seizure and the warrant can be denied. Some warrants can be issued in secret when it deals with national security. Do you believe warrants should be public or secret?

- Do you believe that companies should be allowed to do surveillance of individuals? Why or why not? Note that companies don't need warrants and can simply embed tools or get consent for this. They can also give information to the government about you in many cases - such as cell phone information.

-Reflect on 9/11. Tell us if you believe this still has a major impact on politics and our daily lives. Should it? Explain.
