Question: Imagine that you are the president or owner of a company and you have chosen to make a change to your building or business practices to improve sustainability. Choose one of the solutions you read about in "Buildings and Cities" in Drawdown (such as, Green Roofs, LED Lighting, Smart Glass, etc.) and write out a Memo/Interoffice Communication that explains to your employees what change you are making and why. Your audience is your employees.
Follow the example from the textbook to write your Memo/Interoffice Communication, including correct format for the heading, a statement of purpose, a summary, discussion, and recommendation. In the discussion section, include brief background information, explain what sustainable practice/change you will be implementing, and give reasons why you have chosen to implement it.
