A. Introduction

This part explains exactly who William Lloyd Garrison is. It gives in brief what his work was and why he came into the limelight. The introduction further provideshow he was committed in the civil rights movement, and why"he had been hailed as the voice of anti- slavery movement in the North".

B. Early Life

i. Early Birth

This part of the reflection gives an elaboration where William was born and who are the parents. This section of the study explains the passion that he had as a young boy and how he came to be as an influential figure of that era and today.

ii. As a Printer/Editor

This is the part of the reflection which gives a small explanation of how Garrison came to be a printer, and eventually the editor of The Liberator. It further gives how his popularity went from bad from slaveholders, to popular from another section of society.

C. Relevance of William Lloyd Garrison

i. Prominent Citizen

This explains the role that Garrison had as a citizen and as an author. It is an excellent reflection as it introduces his work as anauthor which contributed to being a citizen ready to help slavery, and eventually women's rights with his written work.

ii. Public Service

This part of the reflection shows how Garrison was so relevant working as a public servant, it led to the New England Anti-Slavery Society', which in due course was renamed as ‘Massachusetts Anti-Slavery Society. In, addition, The Liberator, had two thousand subscribers, many of whom were whites. It became very popular in the Northern States. By 1861, its circulation reached Canada and England. The paper also began to be received in different governmental institutions such as White House and Congress as well as in State Legislations and Governor's Houses; it further describes how Garrison public service is relevant today.

D. Conclusion

This is not a biography. Your argument should highlight how society remembers him or her now. The style of project is a multimedia presentation with both audio and video components; however, the medium is up to you. self-guided PowerPoint presentation, or video.
