The Minimum Equipment List (MEL) allows the flight to dispatch in that condition. When flying the CRJ-700 at 31,000', you notice an interstage turbine temperature on the right engine of 800 degrees and a 20% reduction in engine rpm. Your first officer reads the QRH and follows the precautionary engine shut down procedure. At the same time you notice a drop in hydraulic pressure on system three down to 2500 psi. Your destination is Key West, with a runway length of 4,800'. You check the pressure again during the descent at 60 miles out from your destination and the pressure is down to 1000 psi.

Explain your thought process when deciding how you will handle the situation. Do you continue to Key West? Why? If not, then where will you go? What are your concerns with this situation, if any?
