In this module we learned about self-concept and how we view ourselves. We base our idea of who we are on the feedback of others, and that self-concept can be heavily influenced, either positively or negatively, by the reactions and thoughts of the "significant others" in our lives. This discussion board asks you to recall to think about your self-concept.

If you have ever seen Wreck It Ralph, Ralph does a great job in the beginning of telling you who he is, how he feels about himself and how others view him. If you haven't seen Wreck It Ralph or need a refresher, you can watch this quick clip. You are going to do something similar for this assignment.

Instructions: Start listing words that describe your self-concept. Think about how Ralph described himself in the movie clip. Once you have a short list of words that explains your self-concept think about what cartoon/ fictional character also has that self-concept.

In your post: copy and paste a picture of your cartoon/fictional character that has a similar self-concept. Then in your first paragraph explain your self-concept. In the second paragraph explain your character's self-concept and why you identity with them and their self-concept.
