Question: In a conducted survey by the IT Team to determine what the pain points of each department are, the ER department appeared to need an immediate redemption with patient information access to expedite the care process. In other words, responses from the department identified some lapses in their workflow. The CIO contacted you as the Project Manager to quickly implement a fix for them while you have about 5 other projects that need worked on. You were presented with the option of providing them with iPads or Work Stations on Wheels (WOWs).
