We have spent the past few weeks becoming self-aware. You should have considered personal traits, strengths, weaknesses, learning style, interpersonal needs, management of time, and emotional intelligence.

In this paper you will explain your personal characteristics and traits, elaborate on how they have helped you in life. You will also consider situations in which your characteristics hurt you. You may write about where they may lead you in the future.

You will also write about your strongly-held values, your mission statement and two or three long-term goals. Explain what strengths you possess that will help you obtain your goals and what areas may hurt your achievement. What other resources will you need to employee to reach your goals. What will you do to overcome personal obstacles?

Finally, answer the following questions; do you think self-awareness is important? Do you have plans for continuing your quest for self-awareness? If yes tell me about your plans.
