The purpose of a white paper is to advocate or advance a particular position. In this case, your goal is to write a paper that can convince or persuade the various stakeholders of the importance and viability of your NPO.
Public Policy Initiatives: Your paper should demonstrate the applicability and relevance of your NPO to current public policy initiatives.
Marketing: You should be able to articulate your marketing messages and explain your marketing strategy. How will you market your NPO to both organizational stakeholders and to the community?
Resources: Evaluate the resources available for investment in the societal change efforts you would like to see advanced by your NPO. Be sure to discuss the types of resources available, if the resources are sufficient, and what it will take to secure those resources.
Your white paper should be 5-8 pages in length, excluding title page and reference page, use references to at least 5 scholarly resources (a minimum of 3 must be from resources not used as readings in this course), and follow APA guidelines. The tone of your white paper should demonstrate an effort to advocate a particular position and convince stakeholders.
