For this discusion, you are going to consider a health-related behavior in your community that you have recognized needs to change. From here, review the models and theories we discussed in class (use your notes, the book, and the powerpoint to find the appropriate models and explanations of each) and decide which model you think would be the most effective to be implemented to see a significant change.
1. Explain your health behavior that you think needs changed and why it needs to be changed (how is it impacting your community?)
2. Explain which theory/model you feel would work best and explain why (use notes from Chapter 4, this must include a theory/model and justification as to why that is the best one to use to change behaviors) ---> Note: you may fuse a few models or theories together based on your needs area

3. Respond to one of your classmates posts. Once you have reviewed their case, consider if you think they chose the best model. If so, explain why, or if not, explain which you would choose and why.
