Feeling - Explain your feelings towards the new initiative. E.g. excited, happy, anxious.
Evaluation and analysis - What was good/bad about the initiative you or someone else has implemented? How did the initiative create value? Review the seven different arenas of creativity (see pages 208-209 of the textbook). Select one or two creative arenas and discuss how they are relevant for the initiative.
Conclusion - What have you learned from the experience of implementing this initiative? If you are evaluating someone else's initiative, what have you learned from their initiative?
Action - What changes do you need to make to further improve your current entrepreneurial/ intrapreneurial initiative? How are you going to implement the changes?
Option 2
Description - Explain a problem within your organisation that requires you to implement a creative initiative.
Feeling - What are your feelings towards the problem at your organisation? E.g. disappointed, anxious, angry.
Evaluation and analysis - Evaluate the problem in your organisation. What were the issues faced by the employees/society? Critically evaluate the changes suggested by the employees.
Conclusion - What have you learned from the situation? What initiative/s do you suggest implementing to solve the problem? Review the seven different arenas of creativity (see pages 208-209 of the textbook). Select one or two creative arenas and discuss how they are relevant for your initiative/s.
Action - How are you going to implement this new initiative/s to solve the problem? Provide a detailed description of the action.
