Breakdown
For each entry, Consider the following:
You will observe something in your daily life or engaging with loose parts.
You will document the experience including visual evidence (self-taken photos, drawings, sketches)
You will explain what happened and what you noticed (using theory to support your explanation)
You will analyse and discuss the significance of the
observation or idea (using theory to justify the significance). Link to readings/materials - discuss connections to teaching & learning.

Criterion 1: Journal entries
- cover all 5 areas: the languages of maths, science, movement, technology, risky play & health/wellbeing

Criterion 2: Use of theory and literature
- 5 or more references have been discussed throughout the journal, creating meaningful links to readings (must be from the unit)

Criterion 3: Documentation of ideas
- Visual evidence is sufficient, including photographs, drawings, notes - all link to written reflections. Is your presentation engaging, edited and proof-read? Layout is clear and organized?

Criterion 4: Referencing and Academic Integrity
- APA referencing accurate? Spelling/grammar checked? Please check slide 8 for Academic Integrity requirement. You are NOT required to use Gen Al for this task. However, if you do use it for this task, you must disclose your use of Artificial Intelligence, translation apps, or grammar apps.
