Puan Salamah Abdullah is the Human Resources Manager for the Company Gate Telecommunications Ltd. which is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur. There is one vacancy for the position of Customer Service Executive in the Service Department Online customers (Telecentre), in Prai, Penang. There are two the shortlisted candidate is Halini Helmi, who just graduated from local university and Catherine Lim who also recently graduated from a famous university in the United States. Based on the mini case above, solve the following:
