• Language and Literacy Development
• Identify evidence of current language acquisition and literacy theories and research.
• Describe strategies, resources, or activities that support primary readers' experiential, cognitive, social, emotional, cultural, and linguistic development. Address all 6 areas.
• Define, in your own words, the following language development terms and provide an example of each: phonology, morphology, semantics, syntax, and pragmatics.
