Scenario 

You are working as a leader in a small team in a department store. Currently, your team has 15 employees. Due to the nature of the marketing department, most of the team members have team-based projects and rely on digital technologies. The department has 15 desktop computers and Microsoft Office 2003 is installed on the computers. The employees currently use email to send and receive the worked files

The department must comply with the following policies and procedures: 

• Files must not be saved on desktop computers.
• Use email communication for the team-based project.
• Print out a hard copy of the business report for approval.
• Use email to communicate with the team members. Only face-to-face meetings are available for a team meeting. Therefore, the team members use a USB drive to save their work files. Moreover, they use email to send and receive their work files. Due to the limitation of the current working environment, you are not able to trace the team members' current work status and completed tasks. In addition, there are risks associated with the current ways of working. Due to the nature of the department, some of the team members must work outside of the company, and they are not available for team meetings when necessary. The company expects you to improve efficiency in team-based projects and eliminate unnecessary business processes

6) You must conduct a team meeting for your team members to promote the new digital solution. Write an email to your team members and, in your email, you will need to explain why the team/the company should adopt the new digital solution. 

7) You are about to implement the digital solution according to the organisational policies and procedures. Explain how you can implement the digital solution. 

8) You are required to organise training for the relevant stakeholders. Explain who needs the training and what type of training is effective.
