Prepare an interview strategy/guide by researching the individual to be interviewed, his/her organization, and the industry. Prepare a set of questions to be asked at the interview. Prepare an interview strategy/guide by researching the individual to be interviewed, his/her organization, and the industry. Prepare a set of questions to be asked at the interview. Interview questions should address the following:

• Explain why ethics is important in the organization.

• Discuss the fundamental ethical principles that apply to your type of organizations.

• Discuss an ethical dilemma that you faced in the workplace.

• If the dilemma has been resolved, how was it resolved? Has the resolution of the dilemma been satisfactory? Why or why not? [If the answer to this question is no, answer question #3]

• If the dilemma has NOT been resolved, what are some of the options that are available to resolve the dilemma?

• Describe the resources available in the organization for dealing with ethical issues.

• Is there an expert in the field that you consulted regarding the situation?

• Are there any long-term consequences of a failure to resolve an ethical dilemma like the one you (or your type business) has had to face or that you may have to face?

• Do you have a model for dealing with business ethical dilemmas?

• Describe the value systems you used in making your judgment and evaluate the role your value system played in influencing your judgment.

Provide a transcript of your interview. You can include a video, audio file, or transcript

Provide your own perspective of how well you think the individual interviewed handled the ethical situation. Is there anything that you would have done differently? Critically analyze the results of the interviewee's response. Reflect on your performance during the interview. What worked well for you and what did not. Summarize what you learned during your research and interview.

Support your paper with minimum of three (3) scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic.
