Questions: Find 5 Healthy alternative meals that you can find while "eating out". These meals can be something you would eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can only have 1 meal per establishment. For each meal you will answer the following questions.

1) Provide the nutritional information for each meal. You should provide the total calories, fats, carbohydrates, sugars, protein, fibre and cholesterol. You ca use the My fitness pal app to help you with the numbers.

2) What is the price of your meal? You have a budget of $15 dollars per meal.

3) Explain why each meal is healthy. 1lthat is it about these meals that makes them healthy and good alternatives to something you would cook at home. (At least 2-3 sentences for each)

4) As a general rule of thumb, we are supposed to consume 2000 calories a day. How would this meal impact the rest of your eating day.

5) From the research you did, which restaurantr'fast food establishment had the best options for healthy alternative meals? Explain.
