Your organization has not had the resources to update computers and data processing equipment which has caused missed deadlines for clients. As part of the leadership training program, top management is seeking a proposal with current research including an overview of how culture affects the workplace and recommendations for new strategies to develop an effective organizational culture. This information will support an additional request for a budget line from investors.
You have been tasked with creating a proposal that you would share with the management team.
