Question: Daniella is training for her first ever marathon. She's never run more than 14 consecutive miles, but the run is a charity benefit for an organization that supports her mother's illness. The marathon is in 4 months, but Daniella hasn't been doing any runs longer than 7 miles. If her level of motivation is high enough she should be able to get herself prepared for the big race day. Imagine you are Daniella and apply the 5 key components of motivation. Your paper should follow through the 5 key components of motivation: action, results, evaluations, outcomes and need satisfaction.
