Question 2:
Assume you have graduated with your MBA, and you have taken a management job at a small upstart brewery called "Noice."
The brewery makes beers with names such as Noice Shoes, Noice Azz, and Noice Package. Predictably, Noice markets them with suggestive ads and labels. The labels are cartoonish sketches, and they depict the beer inside the can or bottle rather suggestively.
These beers have been very popular in local taverns, mostly because of their suggestive names and labels. Your boss now wants you to try to manage the sales team selling these beers at local liquor stores and grocery stores.
From the perspective of the sales team, discuss what legal and ethical impediments the team you are managing might have in getting the Noice beers sold at local liquor and grocery stores.
