Case: The Jay Company has about 2700 workers and a small budget. They are a flexible company with low costs, but they don't make much money. They stay in business by moving a lot of products. Their on-site IT operations are simple, and it would be easy to move some products and services to the cloud.

The Tata Group Inc. has about 2700 employees and a lot of money to work with because their partners give them a lot of money. Some of this company's business units aren't very good with IT, so they tend to do things on their own without help from IT.

Both companies want to use a Cloud Solution, but they can't decide which adoption plan would be best for their needs now and in the future.
