Case Study: Imagine you are a computer technician and you are being dispatched to a customer location to make a critical computer repair. In order to complete this repair, consider the following steps that need to be taken.

You will board an airplane that accelerates down a runway during takeoff.

At the end of the runway the airplane will leave the ground and fly to your destination.

Once the plane reaches the destination airport, the plane will land on the runway and decelerate to a stop.

You will use a rental car to drive to the customer location. This will require you to use an entrance ramp and exit ramp on a highway.

Once at the customer location you will remove the defective module.

Then you will insert the replacement module to complete the repair.
