Scenario: You are on the job at the retailer where you work when you see a colleague take a few office supplies and put them in their backpack before exiting the facility. You are considering what to do.

Would you take the consequences approach and say to yourself, "Well, they feel good about it, and it makes them happy, so I will ignore it, or maybe try warning them not to do it."

Would you use Kant's approach and think that the colleague's action is not right because it would not be considered reasonable and ethical if everyone acted that way?

Would you consider the virtue ethics approach, comparing your colleague's actions to those of your boss, who you consider a really ethical and moral person who would not do this?
