Question - Lead Teacher Reflection

Description - You are the Lead Teacher and supervise an assistant teacher, Lisa. Lisa has been in your classroom for two months. This week, whenever she leaves the room to put something in the kitchen or storage area she does not let you know she is leaving the room and she does not return for 15-20 minutes. This week is the first time this behavior has occurred.

Please answer the following:
