Problem

In lecture, we learned about improving group climate and leading and participating in more productive meetings. In discussion this week, we will apply this material to a real-world scenario. To begin, please watch the four-and-a-half-minute video available at the following weblink.

After watching the YouTube video "Team meeting updates":
