When 100.0mL water at an unknown temperature is mixed with 50.0mL water at 10 degrees Celsius, the final temperature is 30 degrees Celsius. Explain what was the original temperature of water? Show your solution by using the heat equation, Q=m x ΔT x SH. Heat lost by the warmer water equals the heat gained by the cooler water.
