Problem 1: Sue is an HR manager at DataX Space. Recently, an employee named Jonathan got into a disagreement and assaulted another employee. Jonathan is a high-performing employee with no history of receiving disciplinary action. In fact, Sue was completely surprised to hear that Jonathan got into an altercation. After Sue performed a thorough investigation of the incident, Johnathan admitted to hitting the other employee in anger. As the HR manager, Sue now has to determine how to discipline Jonathan. What should Sue do?

Option 1: Write Jonathan up and place him on probation for the next six months
Option 2: Suspend Jonathan for two weeks without pay
Option 3: Terminate Jonathan and end the working relationship
Option 4: Ignore the incident because it was likely a one-time inciden
