You are given the following medication order for a patient: staphcillin 750mg IV q4h. The following product and procedures were followed:
Product: 6g vial staphcillin; Reconstitute vial with sterile water for injection to yield staphcillin 500mg/mL and further dilute in 100mL of sodium chloride injection. Administer as an IV infusion over 30 minutes.
