You are given the following medication order for a patient: staphcillin 750mg IV q4h. The following product and procedures were followed:
Product: 6g vial staphcillin; Reconstitute vial with sterile water for injection to yield staphcillin 500mg/mL and further dilute in 100mL of sodium chloride injection. Administer as an IV infusion over 30 minutes.

A) How many mL of solution from the reconsituted vial should be used per infusion?

B) What should be the infusion rate in mL per hour?

C) With a drop factor of 10 drops per mL, calculate the infusion in drops per minute.
