Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is hiring, which is very exciting! For this response, you will

1. Create a recruiting and staffing strategy for The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Your response should include:

III. A recruiting plan for the position selected. You must:

1. Explain what recruiting is and why it is important.
2. Explain the tools you will utilize to find candidates for your selected position and why you selected each tool.

IV. A selection plan for the position. You must include:

1. An explanation of what staffing is and why it is important.
2. The assessments you will use and why.
3. The type of interviewing techniques you will use and why.
4. Five interview questions for your candidate.

V. A conclusion paragraph including restatement of the thesis.
