Quinine, C20H24N2)2 is a dibasic molecule with pKa's of 4.1 and 8.5. To extract quinine from an aqueous solution, what pH should be used and why? I'm not sure if you use both pKa's or just one. I'm also not sure if it loses protons or gains them during extraction
