Scenario:

You have just accepted a new position as the administrator at an ambulatory care center (you can decide what type of service you provide). You are having the initial meeting with all staff – this includes physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, office staff, maintenance, etc.

One of your goals for the meeting is to talk about how your leadership style will impact clinic operations and your belief in “partnering for leadership”.
