Sociology is the study of the relationship between individuals and society; therefore, it is crucial to understand the way in which our socialization impacts the way we interact with others in the workplace. Conflict often occurs due to the differences in personal values and beliefs within us. You are a human resources representative and were just appointed to do a training at your job by your supervisor. They want you to create a presentation on how socialization and social control affect your target customers' internal and external influences. Your presentation will be presented to your co-workers.
