Assignment: EHR/EMR adoption has been a slow adoption process, but now most hospitals and clinics will have some sort system in place. Define what an EHR is, how it differs from EMR and explain why the adoption has been slow. Also include the pros and cons of an EHR system compared to a traditional paper-based system.
