The decomposition of a compound, A, to form B + C is known to be a first order reaction. If the half-life of the reaction is 1.96 minutes at 65 °C, what is the value in min-1 of the rate constant for the reaction at this temperature?

basically im so confused on this question if you could show me a step by step method on how to tackle it that would be great.
