Problem- Consider a closed and insulated oven initially at 70C. The oven is turned on and begins to heat up. If we define the system to include the heating element and the air in the oven, what is the mode of energy transfer (i.e. heat or work) that causes the temperature to rise? If the system only consists of the air in the oven (not the heating element), what mode of energy transfer causes the temperature to rise?

I just need a general explanation of it please- Thanks!
