What is the maximum fermenter diameter that can support heat removal from a culture growing at 16 degrees Celcius with an oxygen uptake rate (OUR) of 200 mM/L/hr when cooling water at 10 degrees Celsius is available.

Assume that the fermenter is cylindrical and that all the heat transfer occurs through the outer surface with an overall heat transfer coefficient of 500 W/m^2/K. Assume you only ned to remove metabolic heat.
