Cari Jess Redding is a part of the leadership team for the company Johnson & Johnson. Cari Redding is leading a new project task with a team of four colleagues: Betty Dempsey is the manager that handles the Strategic Support Systems, Veronica Harris, is the Business Intelligent Analyst, she is responsible for the Managerial Support System, Candace Shaming, the Senior Advisor, she is the Executive Information System expert, and Jim Grimes, the Software Developer who oversees the Intelligent Systems. They are working on an agile project that will help the company increase its profit margin by 40%. Cari Redding wants to make sure that all the individuals on the team are able to successfully access the same essential data in the ERP System, even if they are working in different locations, along with taking extensive measures to protect the corporate asset of organizational information.
