Explain the increase in temperature of the tris solution as you titrated it to pH 8 (note that room temp is generally 22 deg. celcius). Upon cooling the solution to 4 deg C, what happend to the pH of the solution? What is the general relationship between temperature and pH?

data:

.64 g tris=ph of 10.73

ph= 8.14 after adding 2M HCl

temp= 25 deg. celcius

pH with strip=8

cooled solution pH and temp: the temp was 5 degrees and the ph at that temp was 8.32
