Research over the last 25 years implicates endocrine disrupters in many health problems, including male reproductive disorders, premature death, obesity and diabetes, neurological impacts, breast cancer, endometriosis, female reproductive disorders, immune disorders, liver cancer, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, prostate cancer, and thyroid disorders. - Dr. Axe

For this discussion post I want you to explain what exactly are endocrine disrupters. I want you to start by telling me all the facts about BPA and then research TWO more distruptors that we could be exposed to daily. You will need to inform the class what the distruptor is, how one could be exposed, what are the affects on the body, is there any long term affects from the exposure, if there are any diseases linked to the exposure, can you test for the affects the exposure has had (example blood work such as a TSH for thyroid function), can you detox from the distruptor, and what you can do to avoid it.
