The redox midpoint potential (Eo') for NAD+/NADH is -320 mV (at pH 7.0). If the total concentration of {[NAD+] + [NADH]} is 1.5 mM in cells, and cellular redox potential is -310 mV, what are the concentrations of [NAD+] and [NADH] in the cells? Under oxidative stress condition, the cellular redox potential is shifted to -290 mV. What will be the concentrations of [NAD+] and [NADH] in this cell under this oxidative stress condition?
