Imagine that you areappointed as the new HR Manager in this company. You have been delegated by the Management of the company the task of preparing an organisation structure which can help the company to further improve and expand its business to various parts of Oman.

Tasks
a. Outline an appropriate organization structure for the company showing its various departments.
b. Indicate in the sketch, the formal relationship among various managers.
c. List the span of control of each manager in the company.
d. Discuss the strengths in this structure, which you think can help the company to improve its business.

a. Identify and explain any three leadership styles a leader would be adopting in different situations at the work place.
b. Discuss with adequate justifications any two work place situations in which the above leadership styles will not be effective.
