Paul is about to graduate from high school when his uncle offers him $5000 if he graduates from college. Paul accepts his uncle's offer. Paul goes to college, works hard and becomes the first person in his family to graduate from college. After graduation, Paul asks his uncle for the $5000 he promised, but his uncle refuses to pay him. Paul now seeks to entorce the uncle's promise to give Paul the $5000?
