- What the breach was, including the specific legislation
- Who you reported it to according to the service's policies and procedures
4. Explain two (2) ethical responsibilities that are relevant to your position, and give specific examples for each on how you implemented these into your practice.
5. Explain a situation where you and your colleague disagreed on an ethical situation. How did you both work together to overcome your different ethical stances?
6. Describe a time you were faced with an ethical dilemma. Include how you:
- Recognised the dilemma and who you discussed it with
- Identified whether you had any personal values that would interfere with the outcome
- Responded to the issue appropriately
7. What would you do if you had a colleague who had a conflict of interest but refused to disclose it to the supervisor? How would you sensitively report this to your supervisor?
8. Describe a situation where you found a possible improvement for the service's code of ethics. What was the improvement, and how did you approach your supervisor with your suggestion?
