Naveen is the marketing manager in an organisation. According to him there is nothing beneficial about training programs. He feels that there is no need to keep analyzing skill gaps for employees. He is extremely reluctant to send his employees for training programs or encourage them to transfer their acquired skills to the work setting once they are back.
